Terms and Conditions
§ 1 GENERAL
The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries and other services of BMX Bohnenstengel and their contractors, hereinafter "Customer". Any additional agreements require our written confirmation. If individual items of our terms and conditions should be or become invalid, they should be replaced accordingly.
§ 2 OFFER
Our offers are subject to change without notice. There may be differences or changes in the technical descriptions or illustrations
§ 3 DELIVERY TIME
If available delivery shall be made within 1-3, 4-7 days, otherwise by telephone or e-mail consultation. Claims for damages due to delay or non-performance are not possible. In case of advance-payment the goods will be sent only after receipt of payment, therefore the arrival of the shipment can last a few days.
§ 4 PAYMENT
Our prices include 19% VAT. The minimum order value is € 40, -Shipment in Germany will be made "payment on delivery" or prepayment.

§ 5 SHIPPING
Shipping payment in advance and PayPal: up to 31.5 kg (120 x 60 x 60 cm) transport insurance up to EUR 500 inclusive. Shipping with DHL (German Post) or DPD. Shipping costs € 17,--, 10, - € to order € 99.00,within Germany
§ 6 CONTRACT
The product description in our online shop is not a legally binding offer, just an information. After you have entered your personal data and clicking the "Next" button the order will be effective. When "completed order" has been confirmed you will receive a confirmation of your order. With our order confirmation or delivery of goods the order is effective. If, within 2 weeks you should not receive any delivery confirmation from us, you are no longer bound to your order
§ 7 WARRANTY
For complaints, we are liable under the guarantee of the manufacturer. Warrenty claims must be reported within 10 days of receipt of the goods in writing. Returns with a copy of the invoice can be made only after consultation. Postage fees have to be paid by sender. Freight collected parcels cannot be accept by us. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by racing, accident or improper installation, damage or intentionally induced changes to the product by the customer.Change of ownership will void the warranty.
§ 8 COMPENSATION
The obligation to compensate damage begins at about € 40,--
§ 9 OWNERSHIP
BMX-Bohnenstengel remains owner of the goods until full payment. In case of errors, price or model changes by the manufacturer, we reserve the right to adjust conditions.
§ 10 JURISDICTION
Jurisdiction and settling-place for both parties is Munich according to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany
